A louder exhaust or a rattle does not tell you which part has failed. The problem may be a muffler, a pipe, the flexible connection or a worn mount.
We inspect the system and explain whether a damaged section can be repaired or needs replacing. You can understand the proposed work before deciding what to do.
We manufacture our mufflers from 1.5 mm aluminized steel for both the outer shell and the internal parts. We do not use black sheet steel for those parts.
The shape, connections and mounting points are adapted to the vehicle. Manufacturing and fitting take place at the same workshop, so the part and its installation are considered together.
Prices by car model
Choose your make and model to see the listed front, centre and rear mufflers. Prices are for individual mufflers with fitting; pipes, flexible pipes and additional work are charged separately.
The price list and the vehicle pages you open from it are in Serbian. If you need help finding your car or understanding a listed item, call us in English.
Yes. You can speak with us in English about the symptoms, the inspection and the proposed repair. The Russian version of this page is available for reading; for a conversation with the workshop, please use English or Serbian.
No. The same pricing applies to local residents, visitors and people who have moved to Serbia. Being a foreign customer does not change the price of the part or the work.
Yes. The inspection helps us identify the damaged part and discuss the work needed. We agree the total price with you before starting the repair.
Tell us the make, model, engine and year of your car, together with what you have noticed. This helps us discuss the relevant parts. Where the condition of the exhaust affects the work required, we need to inspect it before confirming the total cost.
Call us with your vehicle details. The catalogue is a useful starting point, but a missing model or uncertainty about a part is a reason to speak with us. You do not need to quote a catalogue code.
Not necessarily. We look at the condition of the affected section and its connections. Depending on what the inspection shows, the work may involve a local repair or replacement of a particular part rather than the entire system.
We inspect and replace flexible exhaust pipes, also known as flex pipes or exhaust flex joints. We check the surrounding pipe and connections to establish the work needed. The flexible pipe is priced separately from a muffler.
Worn rubber mounts or loose supports can allow the exhaust to move and make contact with nearby parts. A rattle can also have other causes, so we check the exhaust and its supports before recommending a repair.
The time needed depends on the damaged part, its condition and the fitting work. Call before your visit to discuss the job and timing. After inspection, we can explain the scope of the work more accurately.
It covers all our work and products. We provide a written warranty with the completed work, and you can ask us to explain its terms in English.
Our workshop is at Učiteljice Leontine Kraus 12 in Banjica, Voždovac, Belgrade. We are open Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Use the Google Maps button below for directions to the exact address.
Have the make, model, engine and year ready. Mention whether the exhaust is louder, rattling or visibly damaged, and when you notice the problem. You do not need to identify the faulty part yourself; we check it at the workshop.
A guide from our workshop
Finding an exhaust workshop in a new city is easier when you know what to ask. Whether your car needs exhaust repair, a replacement silencer or attention to a pipe connection, the starting point is understanding the fault. In Serbia, an exhaust workshop is commonly called an auspuh servis — the service we provide here in Banjica.
A change in the sound of your car is useful information, but it does not identify the damaged part on its own. A leak at a pipe connection, corrosion in a muffler and a loose exhaust support can create different problems. Tell us whether the sound appeared suddenly or gradually, and whether you notice it at idle, during acceleration or over bumps.
For an exhaust leak repair, the condition of the surrounding metal matters as well as the hole or joint itself. Welding may be suitable where there is sound metal to work with. If a section is badly corroded, replacing it can be the more appropriate option. Looking beyond the visible damage helps establish the repair needed.
A muffler and a silencer are two common names for the same type of part. Front, centre and rear sections differ between vehicles, so a rear muffler replacement starts with the correct engine and exhaust layout, not just the model name. Pipe connections, the shape of the part and the position of its mounts all matter when fitting it.
Flexible exhaust pipe replacement addresses another part of the system: the flexible connection rather than the muffler body. During fitting, the adjoining pipe and joints also need attention. Understanding which component is being discussed helps you compare a muffler repair, an exhaust pipe repair and a flex pipe replacement without confusing them.
Two cars with a similar noise can need different work. One may have a damaged joint; another may need a new centre or rear silencer. The engine version, the condition of existing pipes and the work needed to connect and support a replacement all affect the scope of the job.
When comparing a muffler repair cost or a replacement quote, check which part is included and whether fitting and any pipe work are covered. Our catalogue gives you a starting point by vehicle model. At the workshop, we explain the work for your particular car so you can compare the same parts and services.

You do not need to know the Serbian name of the faulty component before speaking with us.
